A campaign to play through
120 levels across six places on a map — Zen Garden, Temple, Forest, Snow Mountain, Volcano and Dragon Palace — gentle at the start, harder as you go, with up to three stars per level.

Classic on the 144-tile Turtle, Easy and Zen on the 96-tile Butterfly with gentle deals, unlimited hints and shuffles and no time limit, Challenge against the clock, and a daily challenge that is the same board for everyone, today only.
Every board can be cleared
Boards are dealt from a solution. Shuffle deals the tiles still standing into a position that can still be cleared, and hints look ahead before they suggest a pair.
Coins and themes
Coins and experience for every board you clear, combos for quick matches and a daily reward. Spend them on seven tile sets and six boards — coins are earned by playing and never sold.

Frequently asked questions
Mahjong Classic is free to download and shows ads from Google: a banner on the menu and in the theme shop, and now and then a full-screen ad between boards — never during one. Watching an ad is always your choice where it gives you something: an extra hint when you have run out, or double coins after a win.
