Privacy
EU Studio builds software that does not need your data to work. This page explains what that means in practice, both for this website and for the apps.
This website
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how many people visit which pages and how quickly those pages load. Both are cookie-less: they set no tracking cookies, do not follow you between sites, and do not build a profile of you. The data we see is aggregate — page paths, referrers, country, device type and performance timings.
We do not use advertising networks, social pixels, session recording or fingerprinting.
Contact
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We keep that correspondence only as long as it takes to help you, and we do not add it to a mailing list.
The apps
Each app states its own handling in its App Store privacy label, but the principle is the same across the studio:
- Your content — documents, routes, cellar, portfolio, energy history — stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud container. We have no server that can read it.
- We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- Where an app talks to a third-party service, it is a service you already use — your inverter, your charger, your broker's price feed — and only to fetch what the app needs to show you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Because we collect almost none, the answer is usually short. Write to us and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the news page rather than quietly editing this one.
