PaceOne
ReleasedRuns, rides and lifts, in numbers you can read at speed.
Rebuilt around the number you are running for. The distance fills the top of the screen, every metric below it has the same shape, and the two buttons that matter are round and where your thumb already is.

What's inside
Everything PaceOne does, without the filler.
Apple Watch app
Start, pause and finish from the wrist. The session sends itself to the phone the moment you stop — there is no Save button to forget.
Seven ways to train
Running, cycling, walking, hiking, spinning, indoor and strength. Indoor sessions are timed rather than measured, so no zero is dressed up as a distance.
A coach that reads your week (Premium)
It looks at what is left of your goal, the distances you usually cover and when you last trained, then suggests the next session. With no history it says nothing rather than inventing a plan.
Goals you can see
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets for distance, time or sessions — on Home as achieved-of-target, in the goal's own unit. One goal is free; more goals are part of Premium.
Weather on the workout (Premium)
Temperature, what it felt like, wind and humidity, captured once when you set off and never rewritten afterwards.
Apple Health, both ways
Workouts, distance, energy and the route go into Health from the phone as well as the watch. Body weight can come back out for the calorie estimate.
GPX in and out
Export any route, or import files from another app or watch — several at once, and you see what was read out of each file before anything is stored. Export is free; import is part of Premium.
Live Activity and widgets
Distance, pace and time on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while you move; Today, Last workout and the weekly goal ring on the Home Screen.
Danish and English
The whole app in both languages, including the watch — and spoken updates at every kilometre if you want them.
Why people use PaceOne
The reasons that survive the second week.
Readable at speed
Big type, flat blocks and rules instead of cards. The distance owns the top of the screen and every metric cell is the same shape, so nothing needs a careful tap while you are breathing hard.
Your training stays yours
Sessions live on your own devices, in your private iCloud and in Apple Health. There is no EU Studio account and no social feed.
One app for the whole week
Runs, rides, walks, spinning and strength in one history, rather than three apps that disagree about what you did.
Frequently asked questions
No. The Apple Watch app records independently and sends the session to the phone as soon as you finish.
