What's inside
Everything DayFlow does, without the filler.
It suggests, you choose
Five small things a day, drawn from a library of seventy-five across eight parts of a life. Never the same five twice.
It learns
What you finish, what you skip, what you swap away, and when you tend to do it. All of it stays on the phone.
However long you have
Say two minutes and the whole set changes to two-minute things. The most useful thing you can tell it, and the quickest to say.
Keep it for tomorrow
Like the idea but not today? Save it. That is not a refusal, and it is not treated as one.
A streak you can keep
Every five rounds earns a rest day. Miss a day and it is spent for you, so one bad Tuesday costs nothing.
Widgets
Today and your streak on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, tapping straight into the round.
iCloud backup
Your history follows you to a new phone, merged rather than overwritten.
Dark mode
Designed for both ends of the day.
Why people use DayFlow
The reasons that survive the second week.
No blank page
A planner that asks you to invent your own tasks every morning is a planner you stop opening in week two.
Variety is a rule, not a hope
The day is composed rather than ranked: something for the body, something practical, something you enjoy, and one from whichever part of your life has gone quietest.
Designed to end
There is no feed and no reason to stay. The round finishes and hands the day back to you.
